Personal Training

As a personal trainer, I believe it’s important to understand my clients’ goals, abilities and attitudes towards exercise in order to create long-term, achievable and motivating plans. I always strive to set smart, measurable and achievable goals. I can assure you that with my personal training service, you’ll receive appropriate, achievable and motivating training which will build on your abilities and help you reach your goals in a sensible and encouraging way.

My personal training services include:

  • One to one, couples and friend sessions

  • Small group and large class sizes

  • Home visits (if required)

  • Lifestyle assessments

  • Health and wellness programs

  • Weight loss and long-term health programs

  • Introduction to the gym (block of sessions to assist people who are new to exercise or just returning after a break)

  • Flexibility and deep stretching

  • Rehabilitation and injury prevention and treatment

I use my expertise and experience in boxing, yoga, circuits, stretch and tone and HIIT to create unique, fun and motivating plans which differ from session to session so that different muscle groups are worked, cardiovascular strength is increased, and, importantly, you don’t get bored. I incorporate lots of versatile equipment in my training including kettlebells, Power Plate®, TRX suspension, medicine balls, ViPR, battle ropes, sled pulls and of course cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights. I listen to what clients like, and don’t like, and build a plan which pushes the boundaries, but doesn’t exceed capabilities. I want you to be able to walk out of the gym (…just about), so that you can come back for more.
