Group Exercise

Group classes are a fantastic way to workout and exercise in a motivating environment. There’s a sense of community spirit in each of my classes, which can be very encouraging for those new to exercise or shy exercising with others. I teach group exercise classes in Freestyle Yoga, Aqua, Boxing, Circuits, HIIT, Stretch and Tone and Body Conditioning.

  • Thursday 7.00pm: Yoga @ Lightwater Lifestyle Fitness

  • Monday 9.30am: Yoga @ The Arena, Camberley
