Personal Training


I am a qualified personal trainer and also trained as an older person and adolescent instructor. 


Ages ranges from 5-105. 

Allied health referral trained.

I offer services such as:

  • Lifestyle assessments.
  • Health and wellness programs.
  • Weightloss and long term health programs.
  • Introduction to the gym-block of sessions to assist people who are new to exercise or just returning after a break.
  • Flexibility and deep stretching.
  • Rehabilitation and injury prevention and treatment.

I use my expertise in boxing, yoga, circuits, stretch and tone and HIIT plus use of the power plate,  kettlebells, TRX,  gym apparatus like medicine balls, VIPR, bosu, sled pull, battleropes, cardio and free weight equipment to ensure there is a large variety of exercises performed during our sessions.  The sessions will be fun and interesting whilst challenging your body to be stronger, fitter and healthier.
